Wednesday 30th March 2016

Dropped our mooring in Rooney Bay Marina and sailed for Martinique at 0830. The wind was warm and blowing at 20 knots between the islands. We made good time and arrived 1245, time to work out that the relaxed attitude to clearing yachts meant that the cafe  clearance in St Anne's was closed for hols. We were relaxed too, not clearing that evening and still eating ashore.

Thursday morning we all caught the local bus to Marine Marina and cleared in using their facilities. They were blissfully unaware that St Anne's cafe was closed.

Clare and Neil departed on 1st March. They have been great company, real experienced racers and quick to pick up on ED'S foibles. I hope that we meet up back in the UK.
