Disaster!! My Kindle has stopped working, it looks like the screen has gone. I do hope they sell them in Darwin. It wasn’t dropped, or stood on, or even wet, it just stopped working. Sad as it may seem, I now have the excuse that I needed, to buy the Kindle Paperwhite, this has a built in light and will be so much easier than wearing my head torch to read at night. Fingers crossed someone stocks them here.

We are making painfully slow progress. Sailing is 90% boredom and 10% panic, so someone said....well we are in the slow float and drift boredom stage. Luckily the wind does make an appearance now and again and the current is with us twice a day, so we go from dead slow to slow.

Miles in the last 24 hours: 103 miles. I know it could be worse but this is slow, even by WD standards.

Miles to Darwin: 649 Miles. Possibly more if we drift too far of course. Luckily we have food and water enough for more days than we need.
