Anticipated Arrival Date

If our current pleasing progress continues we hope to make landfall on or around 5th May 2015. The wind is still in our favour although the current has been adverse for the last day. The wind has moved to ESE and in order that we maintain reasonable speed, we have had to move our course south of our planned route.

 

Good Spirits

All crew are in good form with a good amount of banter, always a telling factor. We are all ready to get there and sup our first beer and have a decent nights sleep. Our food is holding out well and the cold meats are still edible, even after defrosting the fridge overnight. The illusive fish have stayed off our hook, I am so pleased we did not rely on a catch to supplement the larder.
