WE got our bikes out and explored: we went to watch the fishing boats come in:

Watched them being graded, bid for, then bought and cooked some for our dinner.....can’t get them fresher. Perfecto!

Went to Valencia on the bus, Old Town and Science Park:

Climbed Monte Montgo, that’s is the single most physical challenge so far! 5.5 hours, not bad for old uns! Guide book says 6.5

And of course the main reason we were there...to see Bruce and Jane. For those of you who don’t know, Bruce is on the trans-Atlantic crew and Jane and Bruce are hosting Denis and family amd y family for Christmas in Trinidad and New Year in Tobago......tough life!

We also fixed the scraped bow (repainted), purchased a bow fender at vast expense 92 euros! Went swimming, visited the market and sampled a variety of food establishments. Including, “the best curry in the world”". To quote Bruce, at the Indian Palace. It was delicious too!
