WE got our bikes out and explored: we went to watch the fishing boats come
in:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Watched them being graded, bid for, then bought and cooked some for our
dinner.....can’t get them fresher. Perfecto!
Went to Valencia on the bus, Old Town and Science Park:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Climbed Monte Montgo, that’s is the single most physical challenge so far!
5.5 hours, not bad for old uns! Guide book says 6.5
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Watched the sun set...
![]() And of course the main reason we were there...to see Bruce and Jane. For
those of you who don’t know, Bruce is on the trans-Atlantic crew and Jane and
Bruce are hosting Denis and family amd y family for Christmas in Trinidad and
New Year in Tobago......tough life!
![]() We also fixed the scraped bow (repainted), purchased a bow fender at vast
expense 92 euros! Went swimming, visited the market and sampled a variety of
food establishments. Including, “the best curry in the world”". To quote Bruce,
at the Indian Palace. It was delicious too!
