What annoys you? Little annoys me, but poor communication is one of the few.

 

Fav. food: Doubles, Trinidadian Street food, flat bread with spicy chick pea curry. Also Annie’s fruit cake.

 

Current occupation: Student at Nottingham Trent, studying Interior Design Architecture

Surging forward

The wind continues to blow 20 – 25 knots from the SE...this is the trade wind which has now settled in again. We have 2 metre swells catching us on the port quarter and slewing us to windward every now and again. Generally, our speed is keeping us stable with a cork screw motion.

 

Watches

We are doing four hours on eight off. This gives us the same two slots each day, with three of us this routine which has been easier to adjust to. Knot Bill would have loved this, he suggested we always have the same watches, certainly your routine is better and you gradually adjust to the strange hours and same duties.
