Madagascar
We are still closing on Madagascar, the weather looks settled with light
winds. In the words of the Reunion Marina Manager Jerome “Soft winds”. We hope
to turn tomorrow directly for Durban, then all attention will be on the SW winds
and lows coming up the coast. Light winds yesterday early evening – engine
on.
Bryony Braves the Galley
Sea legs found, Bryony is preparing lunch today – this is still our main
meal time. We have settled in to an easy routine with our watches and are slowly
getting used to sleeping at odd times. Depending on WD’s motion this isn’t
always easy.

Most proud of overcoming potential defeat in:
1. The Beast of Exmoor: Arguably the most arduous British cycle road
race;
2. Completing a sprint triathlon while supporting a friend, when not
well;
3. Summiting a peak in the Annapurna Range, Nepal, Himalayas, of over 5,000
metres, on my own – Special thanks to thoughtful friends.
Miles travelled in the last 24 hours: 122 miles
Miles to Durban: 1111 miles
