Salvador Here We Come
We departed just before lunch today. St Helena is an interesting island,
everyone there says hello to us and asks how we are, so friendly!
A Tough Climb
We scaled the 699 steps of Jacobs Ladder yesterday, we were all panting by
top, some of us took longer to recover than others, despite pacing
ourselves.
Fish For Tea!
We had the fishing line out today and have already caught a dorado / mahi
mahi / dolphin fish, big enough for fish curry dinner and lunch tomorrow. Gary
is busy filleting it now.
A Fair Wind with Sea on the Beam
We have gentle winds on the beam and are making good progress, the forecast
is for the wind to pick up a little tomorrow. We anticipate being at sea for
about fifteen days.
Currently only eighteen miles from James Town, St
Helena. |
