What and Amazing few days. Addo Elephant Park was just awesome. I never thought I would see so many elephants, zebra, warthog, baboons,  black-backed jackal, ostrich, blue crane (SA national bird), buffalo, leopard tortoise, kudu, eland, common ducker and red harte-beest all interacting in a natural way. We were told of lion sightings but didn't see any big cats. The hides enabled us to get really close without disturbing them. Such a privilege to see.

Next day, we travelled through orange and lemon filled vallies to the Baviaanskloof. We needed a 4x4 to negotiate this mountain pass. The views were spectacular and it was so exciting to drive through rivers and up 45degree tracks.

Then on to ostrich farms Kuroo desert region and vallies filled with wheat, a tree top canopy tour and finally to Super Tubes in Jeffery's Bay...the ultimate surfers location.

Thank you to Cedric Brown who hosted and took us on our incredible journey. I first met Cedric in the Marquesas and we have travelled far together Starbo and WD. He is now a firm friend.
