I was kindly taken for an afternoon sail up the Tagus estuary by John Duggan, the very hospitable local port officer for Ocean Cruising Club.
With all the post Brexit nonsense going on in UK , the attractions of registration for an Irish passport through maternal grandmother have been going through my head.
If you think the bridge looks like the Golden Gate, you would be right- they were built by the same company, the simply named American Bridge Company!
