We were close hauled overnight, chilly light  breeze, and continuing to make good progress with wind holding up better than expected.

A fair bit of sunshine, but we are well into socks, trousers & layers. A few dolphins and birds, no shipping at all, we havent done any fishing , a fair bit of reading and snoozing. Water/plankton sampling has resumed, i was reassured to hear Louise describing it as “way too complicated for citizen science” as she struggled with the microscope, so i am not sure how much we are really achieving!
