Yesterday Amy and I went up to the northern part of Lanzarote in the hire car - mostly beach vitamin D time for the Scottish lass, so we missed out a lot of the “must see” Cesar Manrique house and museum. One for another day. Great stone built wind breaks in the sand dunes, the same as they use to protect the vines.
We drove through some parts which had a lot more vegetation than the south and stopped at lovely hill town of Haria.
