we left Maupiti yesterday afternoon and have had a selection of wind and so
are now about 80 miles closer to Tonga only 1200 to go! Usual things of
first night at sea, getting back into the rhythm of the watches it normally
gets better a few days in. Sad to think no more French Polynesia but
looking forward to Tonga. Already had to tape up a seam on the genoa...why
do we spot theses things only after setting off! still have banana pancakes
to look forward to in a half hour....hmmmm!
