a tad frustrating

I have to confess i do not know how some other boats find time for movies and even poker, we seem to be occupied all the time i am not sure where we go wrong as we seem to only
manage to do sailing, eating and
sleeping; Maybe i will have to start sailing on some other people's boats to
get a few tips on time management!
It has turned really frustrating with a lack of wind again and the left over
swell causing the sails to empty then suddenly fill with a snap. it is ok on
deck but below it sounds awful

SOG4.7 !!!
it is about 0130 local time
we are going to have to review our sail plan in the light as this is not
that efficient at present.
