At 7.15am we motored 5 miles around to Tipperary Waters Marina and waited our turn to enter the lock into the marina. Because of the huge tidal range here (7 meters) you have to go through a lock to enter the marina. Quite a few rally boats are anchored in Fannie Bay and we followed each other into the marina at fifteen minute intervals.

Eleven rally boats entered the marina today, some we haven't seen since Fiji and Vanuatu, so Mark on Blue Magic got out his Excelsior tours hat and organised a get together at Dinah Yacht Club just a short walk away. It was great catching up with everyone, we ended the evening on Enchantress for a wee dram.
