Friday 29th January

The winds have been blowing 30- 40 knots for most of the day with a very large sea swell. Every so often we have a gust of 45 knots with seas of 5-8 meters high.
It is proving quite difficult doing just simple tasks and another evening meal has ended up on the floor tonight. Oh well good for the figure I suppose! Most of the other rally boats are experiencing the same conditions only Blue Magic that is a lot further from the coast than the rest of us seem to be avoiding these awful seas.
