Tuesday 4th January
Today has been much the same except our
speeds are dropping as the wind speed has decreased. We still have very lumpy
seas causing a very uncomfortable motion with the boat rolling all over the
place.
When talking about the trip Paul asked Amy
what she had learnt, her reply was "the only way to sail is on a super yacht".
Non of us are enjoying this at the moment!
We've also come to the conclusion that when
the night falls it's not that you lose your senses as we thought
yesterday, the sea state does in actual fact pick up and the clouds do
develop into squalls. If someone were to ask me why, I wouldn't know, but it is
definitely the case.
