We have spent the last couple of days have a look around the city and the beaches of this very pretty city. Yesterday we met with Lola & Tony (the people we had dinner with on Saturday night) at the Coffee Club at Citron Bay. A group of English speaking expats meet on Thursday morning. We met Wendy from Mackay (her husband is working for Transfield), a Canadian & a Sth African. We then went to lunch, then Lola & Tony took us for a run up to the top a small hill which over looks the lagoon, islands and outer reef. Spectacular views then down to the Meridian for G&T's by the beach. Great day with wonderful people. Today is our last day here as we take off early tomorrow morning for our last run to Brisbane. It should take us around 7 days. Sad to leave here but looking forward to getting home.

Citron Bay - the trees over hang the beach. Lots of people swimming/training as no watercraft are allowed in the area.
