Position 30:40N 09:19W

We have now arrived in Oeiras which is close to Lisbon (Portugal).

Yesterday we got really strong winds on the nose and after a few hours with being thrown and stopped by waves we decided to go into Sines.

We got there about midnight and dropped anchor in the inner harbour.  – Bliss.

We had nearly 6 hours sleep and carried on at first light this morning refreshed.

We will be here one or two nights – probably two..  and carry on up north.

It is clear that it will be a difficult passage up west coast of Portugal…
