We arrived yesterday in Tahiti.

We have booked ourselves into a marina for a week and we are now tied to a pontoon with electricity and water.  Bliss….

The engineer has come today to look at the generator and has taken the heat exchanger with him back to the workshop and is hopeful that they can make bits to get it working again.  Back in 1-2 days to fit it …

Tahiti is hot but with aircon on we can sleep great.. 

There is a large Carrefour just round the corner with lots of fresh food so we are living like kings.

The bar in the marina has happy hour each day between 5-6pm with buy one, get one free – so not so bad even though prices are very high..

We are now working on the boat, catching up with routine maintenance work and cleaning and washing all our clothes.

Rally support starts 10^th of may and then hopefully we will have done all our jobs and we can then do the trips and attend any parties going
