We have now arrived in Martinique. We have just anchored in Le Marin, on the south cost of Martinique.

This is the first time we have anchored in the Caribbean and we are concerned if we have good enough holding, but we will keep an eye on it for the next few hours.

The sail accross was OK. It was quite breezy and we had to motor the last half an hour or so. It only took us about 5 hours to get here. The entrance to Le Marin is quite tricky and it is a bit off putting to see two yachts which are aground.

So tomorrow we start exploring Martinique...
