We are now over half way.
We celebrated with a glass of wine with dinner.
We had a bit of an unplesant surprise about 9pm as the outhaul of the mainsail let go and we  had the mainsail flapping uncontrolled.
Luckily it did not get caught on the spreaders and we managed to roll it away.  It turned out to be a shackle which had worked loose and opened up.  We managed to get everything back together in the dark and just as those of us not on watch were getting back to sleep lots of banging from the front of the boat as the spinnaker pole lines came out and the pole slid to the bottom.
We were not able to get it back up..  decided to wait until daylight before messing about on deck too much at it will probably involve going slightly up the mast.

It is a stark reminder how constant movements, as a result of sailing for several days can make things work loose.

We are now sailing along nicely, more or less in the right direction.
There is plenty of opportunity to catch up with sleep... :-)
