We have had a pretty good run for the last 24 hours
doing 8-9 kts most of the time making about 200 miles in 24 hrs which is pretty
good. We are still at the back of the fleet - which can be expected as we
left 4 days later than the others.
Sun is out but the sea is a bit choppy so we get
sea spraying over the boat now and again as they are on the beam so the windows
need to be shut.
Our sprayhood is great and we are keeping
dry.
No more dolphins for a couple of days but keeping
an eye out.
We have not tried any more fishing as the towed
generator was out, but this is now back in the boat so we will have another go
:-)
We are still eating well and freezer mostly full of
food so cannot complain and at this rate we should be in Marquesas in just over
10 days but it is early days yet !!
Happy easter everyone, we have no easter eggs but
will have some choclathe on Sunday..
