We have now arrived in Darwin.  We actually arrived on Friday but then had to be on anchor for the mussel treatment.  A diver comes to the boat and squirts stuff up into all the sea intakes on the boat and then we have to sit and wait and not move the boat or use any sea inlets for 14 hours

So no generator – no aircon in very high humidity and no breeze so a pretty hot and restless night for all.

The following day all of us (10 rally boats) headed with 15 minute intervals to the lock.

We are in Tipperary marina which you can only access through a very small lock which does not take yachts much bigger than ours.

We are now in safe and sound – ready to tackle jobs to be done on the boat and hope to do some touring round next weekend.

Pictures to follow shortly..
