We are now on route to Tonga.   we left Niue about midday yesterday.
We have now crossed the dateline so we are now UTC +13 so we are now 12 hours ahead of the current UK time.

Yesterday afternoon we had a perfect wind for the Parasailor so we put that up first time in 2.5 years.
We were quite relieved that it is still intact not having been used since the ARC in 2007.
That came down before dark and we poled out the Jib and had a bit of main out.  This is a lot more rolly as the wind is directly behind
but safer for night time.
On Katrin's watch 12-4am the wind blew up and we were stonking along at 8-9 kts for about 3 hours.
It is now sunny and a lot less wind, still directly behind so we are considering the Parasailor again...

We are due to arrive in Tonga tomorrow morning winds permitting.
