We have now been at anchor in Cooks bay in Moorea for
5 days. We hired a car for a day and drove round the islands which is
about 60 Kilo meters in total.
We stopped at various viewpoints, went for a walk in
a ‘Mara’ site, had drinks in a hotel and walked through another posh
hotel to go swimming on their beach but noone seemed to mind.
This is a real paradise island and the hotels look
very nice with huts built over the beautiful light blue sea which is lovely if
you are not on your own boat..
