After a good night's sleep, we continued our flight from Panama City past Orlando, then Vero Beach, to Freeport on Grand Bahama Island.

During this leg we could clearly see the imense destructions on the ground from the two recent Hurycans.

The Apron and the Hawks Nest Resort

The Hawk's Nest resort on Cat Island, with its own newly refurbished and lengthened concrete runway next
door to the Hotel is a place, which I have been numerous times in the past.

A great place to stay and relax, and this is where we met up with our friends Cindy and Trace Blakely from
Fond Du Lac with their Twin Comanche.
