We were lifted out and our bottom scrubbed this morning. It's the third afternoon of thunderstorms and lightning obscuring all the surrounding mountains, so we're glad to have most of the laying up jobs done.

I spent a very instructive half an hour with the son of the owner of this yard, a uni political science student, and finally, after a month of being here feel like I've had a chance to confirm some impressions and learn something about the insides of Sardegna.

We're looking forward to all that the next couple of months will bring in England and the States, and then to our return here. We still have a good third of the island to explore.

Flying from Cagliari to Stansted in the morning. Bye for now,
Faith and Tom
