Fog at Dover. Just when we want to cross the busiest shipping lane in the world. We'll wait a day and climb the cliffs, visit the castle, check out the birdlife, feed the nearly tame harbour seal and generally do the things we didn't do today because we were busy winching each other up the mast in the bosun's chair, swabbing the decks and cycling round Dover, finding the right blow torch to light our stove (scarier than being at the masthead), on the tiniest bikes ever.

Mark (Fenton) joined us for supper on the boat last night and delivered 'my' bike. Thanks Mark! You're right, 12" wheels are pretty small. When people stare we shout out, "They fit in our cockpit lockers!"
