Leaving Mallorca, at last, with some regret
Beowulf

We have had an amazing weekend with Effie, George, Sam and Juliet. No, Beowulf is not capable of holding us all. They took an apartment in Port de Pollensa, close to the Moll de Transits, where Beowulf is moored. We had one day on the boat, anchored in Cala Murta, and swam (despite the jellyfish - George and I were both stung but we lived to tell the tale), snorkelled, walked on the cliffs and admired the scenery of Cap de Formentor. We ate at the finest vegetarian restaurant on the island, Bella Verdura. We took a car up into the mountains, to Lluc. We swam at Cala Sant Vincent. Port de Pollensa seems suddenly quiet and winterised since thier departure.
So tomorow we are off to Menorca. We will have about ten days cruising there before we are lifted out and lay up for the winter in Mahon, home of mayonaise. T
