We are on anchor at Fuengirola marina entry. A small cute anchorage place, in front of the beach, crowded by people from the nearby hotels.
Fuengirola — if my understanding correct — is a small town, capitalising on 2 industries, fishing and tourism. Hotels, the private properties rented during the summer months… — and all ‘surrounding infrastructures’ what brings town to life.

I really like and I’m really enjoying the place… Nice, friendly… with interesting architecture, with a lot of influence from the old arab and African days…
Of course, I’m biased. I’m lucky to have old friends there, who are taking care about me, showing the area around, including the nicest restaurants… And now I can not only see, but also feel what this ‘fishing industry’ is about… ;-)

What is next? Plans ? Working on it now, trying to understand what I can do within the ‘season timing’ left… ( I’m hearing more and more that the middle of the October should be the ending of the season here, and I have to figure out where I should be in ‘none-season’ months… ) Working on it right now.

I’m doing some minor maintenance on the boat, but nothing important. Overall, we are in the good shape.

Everything OK,
Talk to you soon,
M.
