There is a nice breeze today. A bit of swell but only enough to get the pressure cooker to let out steam when we get caught in an wave and the liquid inside splushes up. I'm guessing. Not going anywhere near the thing! Haven't used it sailing since the ARC. It frightens all of us!

So left Soper's Hole in the BVIs this morning and are now well on our way. Can see Puerto Rico quite clearly. We have had about 15 kts of wind until now. A bit of cloud just came in and with that a few more knots of wind. A nice breeze! Full sail up for now. What a treat!

Something that resembles chicken risotto for tea. Not an apple in sight (our ARC crew will know what we are on about....) Still playing knock out with the white cabbage though! Have gone for the healthy option banana hammock :D
