Hello everyone,
we have been silent here for a while, as we have had not
plenty but fairly frequent internet on our travels throughout the
Caribbean.
From now on there be dragons
 Currently in the BVIs, lasagne for a rolly night is in
the oven, thanks to Maja, and diesel getting fetched by dinghy, thanks to
Stephen and David. It will be the four of us on the crossing, so plenty of room
for both us, food and emergency water.
We plan to put up a position once or twice a day, but
don't worry if we don't. It's unlikely that something has happened to us - it
may just have been a busy day. It will be downwind sailing, a fair breeze is
forcast for the crossing. around 20-25 knots with lulls in between. we plan for
a 7 day crossing, but as everything else on boats, things and plans may change.
Will keep you posted here.
You can't follow us on marine traffic as that will
require you to pay for a connection via satellite. It's about 1 GBP so not
expensive. We will put positions on here so that will be almost live
tracking.
