somewhat calmer which is a relief as the rolling does get very irritating at times - always seems that

biggest corkscrews come just when I am trying to do something in the galley. Serving out a meal is

fatal - we've eaten from our "dogbowl" plates the whole of this voyage, certainly no chance of a

civilised meal at the cockpit table!
