It started with a HUGE thunder and lightening storm, followed by some essential maintenance completion from the previous day (the small water maker low pressure pipe sprang a leak, redecorating Matt's cabin - and washing his clothes with nice saltwater). I also enjoyed my first "free" scuba changing the anodes on the hull. Then we upped anchor and motored 5 miles along the coast to Lemon Cays - the idea was to go and swim / snorkel on a nearby wreck - however playing around in the water right by the boat proved much more entertaining: chain diving, bowsprit sit-ups, followed by kayaking, happy hour .....................

The only way to spray our rebuilt water maker was to hold it at arms length off the stern of boat. Rod
We are off to sea in a kayak made for three, our paddling was highly synchronised until the skipper decided to put his head in the water and the camera settled gracefully on the sea bed. I think the guv'nor only did it to practice his new scuba skills.

It was at this moment, with the foul smelling Pelican stench in the background, that I found inner peace... Feeling at one with myself and the universe. What the photo is missing is the sequence shortly afterwards, when Julian and Jenny insisted I walked to the far end of the tree to rejoin them on the kayak... Americas funniest home videos here we come! What a great day ;-)
