We are happily sailing along again, albeit slightly off course! Not a very eventful day for us, we've done a bit of admin, and a bunch of reading... Too bouncy for much else. Rodney is busy grating cheese for our gourmet mac and cheese lunch, which will be a lovely follow up from yesterday's spaghetti carbonara... can't fault the cook as us crew requested it especially. We're now getting close enough to land that I'm starting to feel impatient, although most likely we'll end up standing off on Friday night and pull in on Saturday morning.. Although a few sacrifices to the wind gods in order to speed us along and in for Friday evening before dark would be greatly appreciated! (The Cloud does have an uncanny ability to get in on Fridays, not sure why ;-) Noel is well on his way to recovery from sea-sickness, now that he's (begrudgingly) agreed to go on the patch, his wellbeing is steadily improving, not that we heard the slightest of complaints about his ailments! We're all trying to get as much energy in reserve for our arrival: Less than a day before the family arrives and we've got to completely change gears from passage-mode to family mode as well as refuel, and provision! A happy crew is a busy crew!
