Crew of Flying Cloud well, despite breaking the following rules:

Rule 1: don't make your first sailing passage of a trip a night passage
Rule 2: if you do make your first passage a night passage, make sure its quite calm
Rule 3: if you have broken 1 & 2, make sure you sail the boat gently to maximise sleep opportunity and general crew well being
Rule 4: If you still ignore the above rules, do not carry more sail area downwind in given conditions than you would be prepared to sail with upwind
Rule 5: do not expect to be able to watch after dinner movies running before a force 8 without sacrificing a couple of crew members to the rail
Rule 6: If you are stupid enough to ignore all these rules, DO NOT BARF INTO THE WIND (Diddy) when anxiety overcomes you
Rule 7: NEVER LET DIDDY HELM if there is any other plausible alternative - come back Justin almost all is forgiven

In spite of all this we had a great Lasagne last night (thank you Jenny), all slept for at least 10 minutes, saw some surreal torpedo dolphins (2 things coming towards us out of the night covered in phosphorescence - dont know how to spell this) and had some great (sic) sailing.
