Tough day to day - being Sunday. I had a lie in, having spent a lot of the night awake - no sooner did i go off watch and go to sleep than something in my brain told me it was time to go back on watch so up i would get - Matt was somehat bemused to say the least! This afternoon i managed to do my first bit of reading for the trip (all about Polynesia) and had a bit of a chill in the sun. Unfortunately this was followed by what seemed like an hour of boxing (maybe 20 minutes in reality) which has left me with a sore nose - and damaged pride of course! Back to Yoga tomorrow!

Captain's Corner:
Well it's a Sunday today, and as you should know by now, we are very serious about our Sundays! I spent the day reading, sleeping, and then doing some more reading. I must admit I am absolutely astounded at the depth of Keate's writing, and when you take into consideration the fact that he died at 25 it is mind blowing! I guess it's pretty much too late for me to start writing any Great Works! No matter, I had a great end of the day, beating up the boss again; he sure does like to take a beating... Properly cowed, he's now cooking me a lovely steak and taters supper!
