After the removal of a flying fish, the morning brought a new desire for exercise and activity.... i was the first guinea pig... after all it was my contraption.
After another session of yoga Rodney taught me some gymnastics. What a way to cross the Caribbean!
not a very good dismount after 50 chin ups but i suppose you can not expect to much from an old sea dog on day two at sea
I don't feel I can be blamed if I was down below in the heat of my cabin working on the watermaker when I was called above for the daily yoga session... I felt rather free to move! The day went well with a fantastic swim followed by a show of dolphins.
