After our lovely departure from Palmerston yesterday afternoon, Matt and I were greeted with the smell of freshly baked bread this morning - yum yum.
The day was fairly leisurely, with a good deal of reading - i finally finished the book on British naval history!

In the afternoon Matt and I dusted off the boxing gloves to get a bit of activity going - one fat lip later i begin to remember some moves!
