We arrived in Israel on the 11th. of April, first checking in at the Tel
Aviv Marina, and then
moving 10 miles up the coast to Herzliya Marina.
We made a number of trips around Israel, to Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, Petra
in Jordan,
up the north coast to Acre and to the Sea of Galillee and the Golan
Heights.
We have enjoyed our stay and are glad we came here instead of going further
north,
as it has been quite cold down here and would have been even colder in
Turkey.
We are planning to leave here on the 4th or 5th of May, and take 48 hours
to reach our
first stop at the Greek island of Kastellorizion.
