We visited the World Heritage listed Mulu caves and
stayed at the National Park Headquarters in beautiful grounds. There is no
road in, but the flight from Miri is only 20 minutes.
If you go to Sarawak, you must visit
Mulu.

About 20 million bats live in Deer Cave and every
evening there is a 2 hour exodus as they leave to feed, returning before
dawn
