We had a great two weeks with Sarah and Dan, Rebecca and Phil. All
four of them had completed the pool and theory parts of their scuba
diving qualifications before coming out and completed some open water'
dives in slightly more interesting surroundings. They all survived to
tell the tale and will hopefully carry on in the future.

The weather wasn't great the first week, too many showers and too much
wind, but the second was more or less perfect. We made the compulsory
pilgrimage to Shirley Heights for the Sunday night 'jump up' and had a
memorable time, at least I did! We visited many bays around the island
and went on the bus to the capital, St John, which was a great day
out. We hit the local Roti Shack for lunch and got the bus back again.
The public bus is the only way to travel in the Caribbean, its cheap,
convenient, and the best way to experience the 'real' Caribbean. We
love them.
