Roseau, Dominica. Yesterday we all went on a trek to Boiling Lake. It was a full day’s walk and we hired a guide which was a good decision as he was able to explain all the sights we saw which included hot water springs, the flora and fauna as well as explaining about the Boiling Lake. Both Louise and myself have stiff legs today which is why we are having a quiet day catching up on laundry and other domestic chores.

We intend staying here until Wednesday or Thursday as we are going to a carnival in Portsmouth (Dominica not U.K.!) and on Monday we are goig to the Champagne Reef to snorkel. Of course, on Friday night the opening Six Nations match is on with Wales hosting England in the Millennium Stadium and so we intend being somewhere with a wifi signal so that we can watch the game.
