Anita and Geoff arrived late as usual so Charles and John sat in the sun waiting for them having hired a car for a couple of days. The car hire is cheaper than a single taxi ride to and from the supermarket. We all had lunch at the marina before taking Charles to the airport for a 1530 flight. There was some concern about his flight due to some adverse weather in Charlotte however we are pretty sure we saw the plane depart pretty much on time. I will miss Charles – he is a great guy to have on a yacht with you. We have been taking it easy today so the new crew can acclimatize – Anita needed a siesta - and tomorrow we will do a shop at the supermarket which is a few miles up the island then depart early Friday morning.
