After some confusion on flights, we were booked out Wednesday night, so motored over to Albufeira Marina. Brilliant day again, short stay in the marina (max three hours) free, so had lunch, which was OK, but surroundings pretty sterile. The marina seems to have been dug out of some pretty barren land, and a lot of small flats/townhouses painted a variety of colours surround it. As I remember it, at least Albufeira itself has got some more established areas as well as all the new stuff. We motorsailed back to Vilamoura with the genoa pulling well, and flew back to Gatwick. Gill Baker very kindly picked us up at 1am and drove us home.
