Glenans – The boys (Doug & Jasper) went to the beach in the dinghy. We had a lazy day with a good lunch at the mooring, then sailed to Concarneau in a good breeze. Doubled up with a Moody 422 in the marina, owner had had a medical problem and couldn’t do anything, let alone sail back to the UK. Their Magma gas barbeque effectively turned the contents into volcanic ash as monsieur was not allowed to attend to the proceedings. We went to the amazing Ville Close (a fortified medieval island with a drawbridge) for dinner which was good: coquille St Jacques, Entrecote beurre Maitre d’ washed down with a 1re Cotes de Blaye.
