We slipped our ropes
from our mooring 25th October at 14:28 and headed for Calero Marina,
Lanzarote, We had been at sea for 5
nights and 6 days which really let us get use to the boat at sea. We realized that
we were a little under powered electrically so we fitted a wind generator. This
was quite a big job and took the entire week. Special
comments by Fiona: My excitement grew as I finally spotted
land, the The next day we hired a
car, which was a great change from the boat and explored the island which is
very unique. We ran into our Aussie
