I said my goodbyes and headed off alone for the first time, it was strange knowing that all the boats I had been traveling with were heading South however I wanted to check out a few more islands so took off and headed north.

My first stop was a little anchorage not to far away however the wind being stupid blew right on the nose for the second half of the trip so it took me longer than expected to arrive. It was just Silk Sheets and one other in this little bay and after anchoring twice in lieu of the sore I jumped in the dingy and went ashore.

As you can see from the pictures it was pretty a pretty cool place and upon walking in a little way I found plenty of Mangoes and fresh limes to take back to the boat. The place had fresh springs, wild horses and chickens which is strange I know. I even contemplated getting my fishing spear and trying my luck with it on land for a chicken however I was not exactly how I would be greeted with a few chickens strung up from the rigging in the next anchorage.
