Tuesday 28th April - As of midnight day-5 we were
at position 4:50.35S 97:34.87W
It was a horrible overcast day and not a lot of anything
really. There were many rain squalls around us and by about mid morning the
rain set in. This was not all bad as we erected the water catcher and caught
all the water we could. Not exactly sure how much we did catch as it went
straight into the tank however it seemed like a lot. Unfortunately for this
trip we need to be very stingy with the water which means limited washing of
everything including ourselves. Considering I now had Dad onboard this is not a
pleasant experience at all times.
Still no fish which is very disturbing. No idea why…..
