Silk Sheets is located at Shamrock Quay. 50:53.55N 1:23.36E A marina steeped in history, taking its name from the famous J-class yacht, Shamrock V, which was built on the site in 1931 to challenge for the America's Cup.

This 255 berth marina is still a major centre for refit and boat building with many specialist trades on site, as well as a bar, continental restaurant, cafe and shops. Following a £1.5 million refurbishment it now boasts a 70 meter specialist super yacht berth, a 60 meter visitor berth and a modern shower and toilet block featuring a purpose-designed facility for disabled berth holders.
